Unless we shipped the wrong item or size, Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) in its original state, back to our warehouse. (Pre-paid label will be provided)
We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If packages are not checked in at the warehouse and you do not have tracking the return may not be processed.

A tracking number email will be sent to you once your order is shipped out. You can track the items on the shipping company web site. We usually ship with Canada Post, or UPS.
