Returns & Exchanges
For Returns, you will need to pay for the shipping cost, then we will send a return label. Once your return is received, inspected and approved. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank before it will appear on your bank, credit card, or other payment method statement. We will refund you for all items that are returned.
All orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with the tags on.
Returns may be refused during storewide discounted specials, such as Black Friday and Boxing Day.
How do I request a return?
Please submit your return request below. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. For damaged/defective items please see below.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact our support team at support@ucxx.co and we will take care of getting you a replacement right away.
If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? How much will it be?

If I am exchanging an item, when will I receive my exchange?
Once your return is received, inspected and approved we will process your replacement exchange order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange item(s) to be shipped. You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been processed.
What if I entered the wrong address?
While we are limited to make changes on an order after it has been placed, we will make every effort to fix this if the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. Please contact us immediately. We will also make every effort to get your order to you. You will, be responsible for shipping costs for the reshipment of your item(s).
